To be considered complete. Each panel is completely filled with pixels, the backing paper is cut to fit in the window.
20pts Craftsmanship - Craftsmanship will be graded on the best panel completed by the group. The size of the 3 inch squares, glue application, and alignment of pixels will be assessed.
