5pts Participation - Student is present in class during the unit.

2pts Museum Tag - Word document includes all required information including name, birth year, artwork title, artwork year, and materials used.

1pt Formatting - The document uses the required formatting text style, size, bolding, and spacing.

2pts Artist Statement - Work includes a written statement about the prompt in 4 or more complete sentences (10 words minimum per sentence). The work is proofread.
