Part 3 Build Pixel Art Window

I can practice communicating with my team.

I can complete the art installation.

I can show good craftsmanship.

Instructions: You will work with your team to create large-scale artworks that will be displayed in the windows of the school. It is my suggestion to use the following format to get started.

1. Select a design from your group.

2. Cut and measure your backing paper.

3. Tear the necessary colored squares line by line starting at the bottom of your artwork

4. Glue each line of squares as completed.

Requirements:

50pts Participation - Student is present in class during the unit.

30pts Complete - Groups are required to complete the number of panels equal to the number of students in your group. For example, A group with 3 students needs to complete 3 panels. To be considered complete. Each panel is completely filled with pixels, the backing paper is cut to fit in the window.

20pts Craftsmanship - Craftsmanship will be graded on the best panel completed by the group. The size of the 3 inch squares, glue application, and alignment of pixels will be assessed.

-20pts Scissors were used to cut any number of pixels for the project.

+5pts Extra Credit - Each team member has their FULL NAME written in sharpie on each panel.
